What is your coverage area? Currently our normal service area covers all of York and Adams County. We will gladly provide services outside this area. For properties outside of York and Adams counties there is a $.50 charge for every mile driven past 30 miles from our office located at 605 N Biesecker, Thomasville, PA 17364. In some cases this charge can be reduced or eliminated for multiple bookings on the same day. For example, if your property is 40 driving miles from our office, there would be an additional fee of $10.

How long will you keep my listing on your site? We will
host your tour up to one year at no charge. After one year it
is $10 per year. However most listings sell quickly so most
never have to worry about paying for an extra year.

Can you use my company's colors in my web design? We understand that continuity is important so we will gladly modify colors to match your company's primary colors. Due to
RAYAC's and MRIS's regulations all virtual tours listed on their service must be "unbranded". Meaning that they cannot contain the realtor's contact information. If you would like a "branded"
virtual tour page with your contact information to list from your own webpage, flyers, etc.there is a $10 charge.

How long before my images and website are online? Properties within 30 mi. will be 24 hours, beyond 30 mi. usually will be in 24 hours but can range up to 48 hrs.

What forms of payment do you accept? Currently we will take cash, checks and credit card payments via Paypal. All payments must be received before shooting your property.

How long before you shoot my virtual tour once I contact you for an appointment? Depending on how busy we are, we will do our very best to get your tour shot within 2-3 business days. If our schedule allows we will do next or same day service.
